Tim Neath responds to the ideas and imagery found within film, taking the form of photography, video and sculpture. Previously responding to films such as The Searchers (1956) dir Ford, and Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) dir Aldrich; he has a fascination with the classic western genre. His piece Cue the Lights (2014) which will be shown at Handmade Festival 2014 corrects the light levels found in scenes filmed on sound-stages that consume the authentic illuminations of those constructed worlds.
